Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your MohallaCart account and associated personal data. You have two options:
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open the MohallaCart app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated and personal data is anonymised immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, submit the form below with the email or phone number linked to your account. We will verify and delete your data.
What gets deleted: your name, email/phone, password, addresses, cart, wishlist and profile details.
What may be retained: order/transaction records required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, kept in de-identified form where possible.
Timeline: requests are actioned within 30 days.
